On the occasion of Herbert Brandl's Personale "24/7", we are dealing with nature photography in a workshop of the photographer Thomas Kunz.
Photography has changed our viewing habits more radically than any previous medium. Through the use of social media, we have a new platform to share every day and extraordinary things from our lives with friends and strangers. Photography in nature is a constant in Brandl's artistic work, allowing him to capture moments and impressions regardless of seasons, times of day and natural changes, and to process these in later works of art. But finding the ideal light, the perfect angle and the right moment is often an art in itself.
If you are interested in a deeper insight into the medium of photography, or you would like to try out your cell phone camera in nature, you are in the right place! We cordially invite you to our nature photography workshop. We meet on Saturday, November 7th at 2 p.m. for a joint tour of the exhibition in the Künstlerhaus, Halle für Kunst & Medien. Afterwards Thomas Kunz will take you to the city park and give practical tips and tricks for amateurs and photographers.
