On the occasion of Herbert Brandl's Personale "24/7", we are dealing with nature photography in a workshop of the photographer Thomas Kunz.

Photography has changed our viewing habits more radically than any previous medium. Through the use of social media, we have a new platform to share every day and extraordinary things from our lives with friends and strangers. Photography in nature is a constant in Brandl's artistic work, allowing him to capture moments and impressions regardless of seasons, times of day and natural changes, and to process these in later works of art. But finding the ideal light, the perfect angle and the right moment is often an art in itself.

Thomas Kunz (*1959 Graz, lives in Graz) founded DAS KUNZTFOTO in 1988. Since 1999 Kunz has been a teacher at the HTBLVA Ortweinschule for Art and Design in Graz.
